Right to Care Solutions provides healthcare advocacy services to assist patients, families, and physician offices with insurance-related processes, including denial overturn assistance, prior authorization support, appeal letter drafting, and provider–insurer communication.

We are not a law firm, insurance company, or medical provider. Our services do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Final decisions regarding coverage, care, and reimbursement rest with insurers and healthcare providers.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age;

  • Providing accurate and truthful information; and

  • Authorized to act on behalf of yourself, a family member, or a physician practice in securing advocacy services.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Service fees are outlined in your agreement or invoice (per-case or retainer).

  • Payment is due as specified in your client agreement.

  • Non-refundable review fees may be credited toward full case rates.

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services until resolved.

    Pricing Terms:

    1. Validity of Pricing
      All published prices are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. After this period, fees may be subject to adjustment without prior notice.

    2. Non-Refundable Fees
      Case review fees and service payments are non-refundable, as time and resources are dedicated immediately upon engagement.

    3. Scope of Pricing
      Pricing applies only to the services described. Additional work outside the defined scope may incur separate charges.

    4. Payment Due
      Payments are due as outlined in your agreement or invoice. Services may be paused if payment terms are not met.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously and safeguard all personal health information in compliance with HIPAA standards. By using our services, you consent to the secure collection and use of your information for the purpose of case management. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

Right to Care Solutions will use reasonable efforts and advocacy strategies on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including insurance approval, coverage, or reimbursement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right to Care Solutions shall not be held liable for any loss, cost, or damages resulting from denied claims, insurer determinations, or medical provider actions.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and materials, is the property of Right to Care Solutions and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state in which Right to Care Solutions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
