  • Peer-to-Peer Preparation

  • External Review Support

  • Communication with Insurance Carriers

  • Consultation regarding clinically related insurance barriers

Our services are administrative and consultative in nature and are designed to support access to medically necessary care.

Right to Care Solutions does not provide:

  • Medical treatment or medical advice

  • Legal advice or legal representation

  • Medical billing or coding services

  • Claim submission or claim correction

  • Credentialing services

  • Revenue cycle management

Coverage decisions remain solely the responsibility of health plans, insurers, and healthcare providers.

Scope of Clinical Access Support

Right to Care Solutions specializes in helping patients, families, and healthcare providers navigate clinically related insurance barriers. Our services focus on prior authorizations, medical necessity appeals, clinical documentation support, and related advocacy. We do not provide services related to medical billing, coding, claim correction, or revenue cycle management.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or services, you represent that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age;

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Are authorized to act on your own behalf or on behalf of another individual or healthcare practice; and

  • Will cooperate by providing documentation reasonably necessary to perform our services.

3. Service Agreements & Payment

Fees for services are outlined in your individual client agreement, provider agreement, proposal, or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment is due according to the terms of your agreement.

  • Case Strategy Review fees are non-refundable.

  • Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Services may be suspended if payment obligations are not met.

Pricing

Published pricing is subject to change without notice. Any pricing provided in a signed proposal, service agreement, or invoice remains valid for the period specified in that document.

Additional services requested outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

To provide effective Clinical Access Support, clients agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information;

  • Supply requested medical records and insurance documentation in a timely manner;

  • Notify us of any changes affecting the case;

  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information.

Right to Care Solutions is not responsible for delays or unfavorable outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information supplied by clients or third parties.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Protecting your privacy is important to us.

Right to Care Solutions maintains appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect confidential information.

By using our services, you authorize us to collect, store, and use information necessary to provide Clinical Access Support in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable authorizations you provide.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Every insurance plan applies its own benefit provisions, medical policies, and review criteria.

While Right to Care Solutions provides experienced, nurse-led advocacy and uses reasonable professional efforts to support your case, we cannot guarantee:

  • Insurance approval

  • Prior authorization approval

  • Successful appeal outcomes

  • Coverage determinations

  • Payment or reimbursement

Final decisions are made solely by insurers, health plans, independent review organizations, and healthcare providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right to Care Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid to Right to Care Solutions for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, downloads, educational materials, and other content, is the property of Right to Care Solutions LLC unless otherwise indicated.
